Pricing is based on number of artwork pieces and sizes of the artwork.  The above numbers are general estimates.  Art installation is an additional one-time fee.

How do you set pricing?

Pricing is based on the retail value of the artwork installed in your space, amortized over time, plus a small monthly service fee that covers installation and management.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes.

• Lease: 12–24 months

Is installation provided?

Yes. Professional installation and standard hardware are provided in all programs.

Can we change the artwork later?

• Lease: Artwork remains fixed during the lease term. Changes are available as paid add-ons.

What if artwork is damaged?

Normal wear is included. If artwork is damaged beyond normal use, repair or replacement costs may apply.

Can we add more artwork later?

Absolutely. Pricing is adjusted based on the additional artwork installed.

Is this tax deductible?

In many cases, art leasing and rental may be treated as a business décor expense. Please consult your tax professional.
